Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Sandwich, England. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service. You will play a key role in driving the success of our company by developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company and client requirements
- Maintain a strong network of candidates and proactively source and engage potential candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are being met
- Act as a point of contact for clients and candidates, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team leads and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve processes and procedures
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting hiring goals and managing a team
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
