This is an exciting opportunity to craft innovative curricula and equip students with the skills they need to thrive in the dynamic creative media industry.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Curriculum Area Manager and programme managers to drive student recruitment, retention, and achievement while developing high-quality, industry-aligned programmes. You’ll support both Apprenticeships and Adult Education, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of learners and industry. As the Lead Tutor and Lead Internal Verifier, you’ll oversee teaching, assessment, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring continuous improvement across our Creative Media programmes. What we're looking for:
* Substantial experience of personal tutoring and providing pastoral support to learners.
* Knowledge of Apprenticeships and Adult Education.
* Ability to demonstrate extensive experience of all aspects of curriculum co-ordination.
* Relevant teaching qualification or higher degree qualification.
* Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
* The ability to work successfully within a team.
* A passion for teaching and learning.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
