Spire Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our NW & Merseyside HUB marketing team on a full-time and permanent basis. Contract type: Permanent, Full-time Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm - Some requirement for evening work depending on event delivery As Business Development Executive you will be responsible to provide a range of support functions across the business development landscape including Marketing, Sales and Engagement. The role will support the growth strategy and business development plans at our NW & Merseyside hospitals; consisting Yale (Wrexham), Wirral, Liverpool and Fylde Coast (Blackpool). Please note, that the position is remote but you will be requested to travel across our HUB hospitals. The purpose of the Hub Business Development Executive (HBDE) will be to drive Sales enquiries to the HUB hospitals in line with the HUB growth strategy. To achieve this the you will: Support the HUB Sales & Business Development Director (HSBDD) to deliver their Sales activity targets through marketing, promoting, communicating and selling Hospital services to a range of audiences in order to drive growth Oversee the marketing and communications strategy and activity for the HUB under the guidance of the HSBDD and HUB HD in order to generate positive brand preference and increase activity Support the HSBDD to support central approaches to marketing Support the HSBDD to deliver cost efficiencies in sales support functions Line manage HUB Business Development Assistants to achieve HUB targets What do you need to have?
