The Role: The Leasing Consultant is a fast paced, target driven and highly rewarding Sales role. The main purpose of the role is to manage incoming customer enquiries/leads, it's about picking up the phone and taking customers through the Sales process, the aim is to give customers an excellent experience that results in a successful sale and an order from the customer. It is essential that we respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent customer service and appropriate information regarding their enquiry. It's a busy, challenging but hugely rewarding role, it takes self-motivation, commitment, focus and a real drive to succeed. What we offer: The remuneration is excellent. There is a Basic salary and a very generous commission structure and associated OTE. All Leasing consultants go through an excellent Training Induction. We believe it is essential that we provide the support and tools required to succeed. Training is an essential part of this and for the first few months there is a very structured program of support. New starters bring the desire to succeed, and we provide the support. There is 23 days annual leave, this will increase with length of service and there's a pension. We can provide more on this upon request. We work Monday to Friday and there is the occasional Saturday.
