If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Stock Controller in our dynamic team As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing stock transfers, managing stock takes, and ensuring efficient stock movements between sites. You’ll have an integral part in running reports on raw material shortages, organising stock transfers from third-party warehousing, and managing daily shortfall reports. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage stock control processes, ensuring alignment between physical stock and business systems. Proactively analyse stock levels, run shortfall reports, and propose solutions to address discrepancies. Organise stock transfers between internal sites and third-party warehouses. Manage stock replenishment and assist in maintaining safety stock levels. Support the team with stock adjustments, write-offs, and stock-taking procedures. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across planning, procurement, production, and external logistics teams. About you: At least 2 years of experience in stock management or a production/planning environment. Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience with stock management tools and business systems. Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. A proactive mindset with a skill for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Flexibility to work across multiple sites and willingness to support the team during peak times, including occasional weekend shifts.
