Project Sales Manager - Heating
Due to the retirement of a high-performing ASM, my client, a market-leading heating company, is looking to bring on a Sales Manager, who will inherit a patch that has been built over a 20-year period and boasts some excellent existing relationships with councils, schools, consultants, contractors, and housing associations.
They are looking for a high-energy sales manager, sales engineer, business development manager, or account manager to continue the brand's excellent reputation.
Package:
1. Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
2. Bonus: 10% of base salary
3. Company car (currently hybrid petrol)
4. 33 days holiday
5. 8% pension
6. Private health insurance
Requirements:
1. Currently working in heating, either for a manufacturer or contractor, in a sales role that is commercially biased (not residential)
2. Track record of project sales with varied routes to market
3. Must be based in the Midlands or South Wales (B, CV, DE, DY, LE, NG, NN, ST, TF, WR, WS, WV, CF, GL, HR, LD, NP, SA)
