Responsibilities Source and attract finance professionals through research, networking, and proactive outreach. Build strong client relationships by providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights within the finance sector. Manage the recruitment process from candidate engagement through to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Requirements A university degree with a strong background or interest in finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior professionals in the finance industry. A results-driven and resilient attitude, eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in recruitment or sales is an advantage, but not essential.
