Commercial Senior Manager
The Commercial Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the completion of commercial contracts, including pricing and financial performance, to ensure the companies commercial interests are protected and promoted.
This role requires a strong contractual understanding, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

Commercial Contracts & Compliance
Ensure all supplier and customer contracts are reviewed accurately and in a timely manner to best protect and promote commercial interests.
Ensure terms and conditions (T&Cs) are fully understood by the business, mapped, and stored on the CRM, making them accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Oversee Contractual arrangement policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and ethical governance where necessary
Work closely with the billing department to ensure all invoices align with contractual agreements, minimizing disputes and revenue leakage.
Be the responsible officer for submitting standard rate cards to customers upon request, ensuring efficiency and delivery within a day while aligning with market benchmarks.
