An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced RVN at a newly refurbished practice just outside of Woking. This lovely, community-focused clinic boasts a loyal client base and has recently expanded its facilities, adding a new theatre and dedicated nurse consult room. With modern equipment including separate dog and cat wards, an X-ray machine, a blood machine, and ample parking, the practice provides the perfect environment for delivering exceptional patient care.
As an essential team member, you will provide outstanding care, support surgeries, handle pre- and post-op activities, lead nurse appointments, and perform schedule 3 tasks. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, managing admissions and discharges, completing patient transfers, dispensing medication, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to daily team briefings for smooth practice operations.
Ideal candidates will be RCVS-registered with experience in delivering high-quality patient and client care. They will have strong team-working skills, experience in supporting nurse consultations, and a proven ability to coach and influence colleagues to get the best out of the team. The practice offers a large office, a spacious back garden, and a warm, close-knit environment that supports professional development and career growth.
