Salary: £11.85 per hour

The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
The organisation in Bognor Regis is a residential care home located on the seafront, close to the town centre. Designed in consultation with residents, the service offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and highly experienced, trained staff.
As well as the residential home, they offer a range of disability and rehabilitation services, working with people in the community and in their own homes.
They also offer wellbeing and respite stays. Their location by the sea in Bognor Regis makes it an ideal location for a short break or longer. They have five designated rooms on the second floor of their modern building. The first floor is a residential care service for adults with disabilities, and on the ground floor, they have communal spaces for socialising and dining.
