What We're Looking For
1. Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
2. Experience working in a nursing home setting, particularly with residents with dementia and complex care needs.
3. A compassionate, person-centred approach to care, with a genuine desire to enhance residents' quality of life.
4. Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, proactive attitude.

Your Day-to-Day
1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, supporting them with daily living and their specific health needs.
2. Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective care planning and delivery, including assisting with the development of person-centred care plans.
4. Monitor and assess residents' conditions, documenting changes and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
6. Participate in training and development opportunities to further enhance your clinical knowledge and career progression.
