As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our success, managing a small team and implementing change to improve business performance. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly impact our client's growth.

Senior Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive improvements in policies and processes to streamline team performance.
2. Manage customer accounts with personalised communication and attention to detail.
3. Work closely with in house Design, Buying and NPD teams to ensure customer needs are met.
4. Oversee order processes, ensuring deadlines are met and standards maintained.
5. Delegate tasks effectively while supporting your team in day-to-day activities.
6. Collaborate with Sales Coordinators to streamline documentation and ensure accurate quotes.
7. Proactively address urgent queries and align customer strategies with Key Account Managers.
8. Monitor product quality and resolve issues where needed.
9. Manage global supplier relations to ensure critical path management of customer orders.
About You:
1. Proven experience in retail account management, ideally within FMCG.
2. Team management expertise and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
3. Exceptional communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and teams.
4. A customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/order management tools.
6. Full UK driver's license and your own vehicle (due to location).
7. Experience in change management or process implementation (advantageous).
