We are seeking an enthusiastic HTLA to join a vibrant primary school in Macclesfield on a long-term, full-time basis. As an HTLA, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons. Your responsibilities will include working with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support, helping to plan and deliver lessons, and assisting in the assessment and monitoring of student progress. You will also be expected to provide pastoral care and promote positive behavior within the classroom, ensuring that all students feel valued and motivated to achieve their best.
