Position Overview:
PMO/Project Manager with payroll implementation experience required. The role is initially 5 days onsite with an option to work from home 2 days a week once settled into the role. The position requires 35 hours of work per week, operating between the hours of 7am - 7pm, and is inside IR35.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, lead, organize, and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and quality.
* Create a robust project plan and coordinate execution of deliverables on time and within budget.
* Design and implement project workshops and deliver them to relevant stakeholders.
* Execute day-to-day project tasks ensuring timelines are met.
* Monitor, track, and report project progress and status.
* Record and proactively resolve project issues and risks, escalating when necessary.
* Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient process management and relationship maintenance.
* Ensure actions and responsibilities comply with internal processes, legislation, and GDPR guidelines.
* Identify and agree on project scope and deliverables; create appropriate documentation.
* Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating effectively.
* Document business requirement details based on current and potential future state processing.
* Facilitate process mapping workshops for projects related to new or changed processes aligned to core processes and Lean initiatives.
Skills:
* Experience leading projects.
* Experience with computerized systems; familiarity with Workday and SAP is desirable.
* Proficient in Google Applications.
* Project management qualification (e.g., Prince 2) is desirable.
* Experience managing payroll implementation projects.
