The Goal of the Project: A commercial excellence project focused on optimizing pricing and promotions. Key areas include rebate structures, consumer recommended retail prices, promotion management, own-brand strategy, competitive benchmarking, and profitability dynamics between retailers and the manufacturer. The objective is to develop a structured approach to pricing and promotions, ensuring sustainable margin growth while improving sales effectiveness.
