The LexisNexis Risk Solutions Onboarding & Fulfilment teams’ primary focus is to provide a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our customers. The team plays a critical part in providing our customers with an excellent first impression of doing business with us, whilst ensuring that these excellent standards are maintained throughout their journey with us.
About the job:
The role provides the successful candidate an opportunity to take responsibility for onboarding & fulfilling customer projects to the highest standards. It allows the candidate to showcase an excellent eye for detail & accountability to do the right thing for our customers and business.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately review and input contracts received and provide setup and billing support for all products.
2. Ensure pricing details are input accurately and troubleshoot any billing/invoicing/account setup related inquiries.
3. Be meticulous in detail, ensuring that we onboard and fulfill customer requests efficiently whilst balancing the needs of the business, to deliver a truly excellent customer experience.
4. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance & Technology to ensure customer requests are fulfilled within desired turnaround times.
5. Communicate clearly and accurately in all interactions, ensuring consistency in messages and demonstrating expertise.

4. Ability to communicate effectively and persuade a range of stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for customers.
