The leading consultancy firm is looking for a skilled AdTech Architecture to join the team for a 1-month contract — potential for extension, with the rate signed off inside IR35. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week required onsite in Central London.

Responsibilities:
* Design and architect scalable, high-performance AdTech systems including Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and Retail Media Networks (RMNs).
* Define and implement ad serving infrastructure, including ad decisioning, frequency capping, RTB logic, and optimise programmatic and direct ad monetisation strategies.
* Develop data pipelines for aggregating and processing first-party, second-party, and third-party data, while enabling AI/ML models for predictive analytics and dynamic creative optimisation (DCO).
* Build and maintain APIs for ad inventory management, campaign setup, and reporting, ensuring smooth integration with third-party AdTech tools and platforms.
* Monitor and optimise ad performance (eg, CTR, CPM, ROAS), scale infrastructure to support high traffic volumes, and implement caching strategies, CDNs, and load balancing for efficient ad delivery.
Skills/Must have:
* Extensive experience with programmatic platforms such as Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Criteo, LiveRamp, Amazon Advertising, Meta Ads, and familiarity with DMPs/CDPs for audience targeting.
* Strong knowledge of ad optimisation techniques, including AI/ML-driven Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO), header bidding, RTB, and ad mediation strategies.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery, Snowflake), and ad data processing frameworks (Databricks).
* Familiarity with key ad protocols (VAST, VPAID, MRAID, OpenRTB) and standards for viewability, measurement, brand safety, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, IAB TCF).
* Proven ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, engineering, data science) and implement privacy-safe advertising solutions (Google Privacy Sandbox, Apple ATT, UID 2.0) and ad fraud prevention techniques.
