The Role:
As a Senior Paralegal in Asset Management, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s high-profile clients with a range of real estate asset management matters. You will be working alongside experienced lawyers and have the opportunity to take on high-level responsibilities within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of real estate asset management agreements, including leases, licences, and renewals.
* Managing a diverse caseload of landlord and tenant matters, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
* Conducting legal research and providing technical support on property-related transactions.
* Assisting in due diligence processes, including title reviews and lease reporting.
* Liaising with clients, external counsel, and internal teams to provide a seamless service.
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to best practice procedures.

About You:
✔ Experience as a Paralegal within Asset Management in a law firm.
✔ Strong knowledge of real estate law and landlord & tenant matters.
✔ Ability to handle high-volume transactional work with accuracy and efficiency.
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills.
✔ Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within a leading law firm.
✔ Based in Leeds or Manchester (or willing to relocate).
