Talent Acquisition Partner – Permanent – £65,000 plus benefits – 12 month FTC

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading company based.
This is predominantly an onsite based position, with travel to the office needed 4 days a week.
What you will be doing:
* Manage recruitment end to end for the company, from taking initial briefs from line managers, to sourcing candidates, through to onboarding
* Proactively source candidates utilising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases
* Partner with stakeholder to understand future requirements to pipeline & capacity plan
* Ensure internal policies are adhered to, as well as external regulations such as GDPR
What they are looking for:
* Excellent sourcing skills, ideally gained in both an in-house & agency environment (in-house experience is essential)
* Experience recruiting roles in areas such as R&D, Aerospace, Engineering, Production.
* Well versed in using LinkedIn Recruiter
* A highly driven & self-motivated individual
