This role plays a crucial part in our fire alarm maintenance and repair operations. As a Fire Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients' fire alarm systems, conducting planned and fault diagnostic work, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out planned and fault diagnostic work on various fire alarm systems
* Conducting periodic inspections and maintenance on fire alarms, emergency lights, and fire extinguishers
* Performing small works as required
* Participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota
* Working flexible hours to meet business requirements
* Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, end users, and the public
* Collaborating with other engineers and site staff to arrange site access and facilitate team efforts
* Supporting the growth of our Fire Solutions division through effective collaboration with management
As a successful candidate, you'll possess a strong background in fire alarm systems, experience working in diverse sectors, and hands-on skills with tools. You'll be comfortable working in varied environments, have excellent communication skills, and be able to take on new products and technology with ease.
