We are looking for an Administrator to join our new Wolverton Mill nursery in Milton Keynes, for approximately 30 - 35 hours a week (Monday to Friday).

Purpose of Post
* Responsible for booking enquiries, finance and funding, new starters, invoicing, training administration and general administrative to support to the nursery
* Prepare and send out invoices on a monthly basis and ensuring they are paid on time, chasing any late payments
* Respond to queries from prospective parents and current parents, ensuring parents understand their invoices and nursery terms and conditions
* Prepare and submit funding reporting and ensure accurate records are maintained
* To assist in the smooth day to day running of the nursery
* To liaise with Central Support Office, suppliers and contractors to ensure the efficient upkeep and security of the building, fixtures and fittings
* Flexibility to be able to support in the nursery for short periods of time and to support other nurseries during periods of sickness and holiday
Expectations
* Previous administration experience
* Excellent track record of providing excellent customer service
* Experience of working in a finance or Early Years environment would be an advantage
* Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Outstanding organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail
* Flexible approach to a variety of tasks
* Enjoy working with children
