Our client is independent and trusted provider of Unified Communications and Collaboration technology.
They are looking for a Sales Manager who will grow revenue by mentoring the existing team, helping to present and close potential deals, and growing the existing team's headcount. This is a pivotal role in the business' history and has the potential to develop into a Main Board equity holding position.
Key Objectives
• Oversee the development of the business sales and marketing strategies
• Bid for and win contracts that provide a platform for our ambitions in delivering integrated communications
• Mentor and develop the existing sales team.
• Develop new products that meet the needs of commissioning bodies and partner agencies. Lead innovation within the organisation around new offerings.
• Grow the headcount of the sales team.
Candidate Profile
• Demonstratable experience in the Unified Communications sector
• Proven track record of managing sales teams
• Proven track record of growing revenues in Unified Communications
• Strong recruitment and onboarding skills
• A track record of success in Business Development/Sales
• Experience of operating at board level
