Field Executive - Worcester - M4 Corridor
£23,500-£24,500 Per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone. Group benefits (DIS, Pension)

Hours of Work: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Base: Field based with HQ visits and offsite meetings

If so, you could be a potential candidate to join our incredible Gym team with Instore on behalf of Glanbia Performance Nutrition, a major player in the world of sports nutrition with sales in over 200 countries globally. This could be your opportunity to represent award-winning, iconic brands including Optimum Nutrition, BSN and Nutramino.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a relevant gym, sales or retail environment or have brand ambassador experience within FMCG/Consumer goods market. Regardless of previous experience, you’ll need to demonstrate:
● Energy, drive, reliability and passion to deliver excellent service to clients and customers
● Excellent engaging communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and implement change
● Strong relationship building skills and previous experience delivering against target and KPIs
● Knowledge of gym culture and an understanding of habits within all levels of gyms in the UK
● Strong organizational planning and analytical skills
● Ability to document ideas and actions to drive performance from business plans
● A keen eye for detail and an ability to see potential within the sector
● Ability to gauge language to speak to all levels of management and influence
Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
● Develop strong customer relationships within your territory and identify and unlock incremental distribution opportunities
● Sampling and talking knowledgeably about all aspects of sports performance and supplementation
● Maximise Glanbia Performance Nutrition brand presence within the trade in your territory
● Full understanding of features and benefits of all Glanbia products sold and the ability to lead conversations to promote these items
● Provide existing accounts with on-going support and identify additional opportunities for growth
● Lead/facilitate Glanbia Performance Nutrition category & brand training with key retailers/gyms/affiliations
● Support key customers in the re-merchandising of planograms where required. Maintaining brand visual and operational excellence in compliance
● Develop a high performing field mentality to deliver on all KPIs
● Use effective communication to share best practice with colleagues, keep Line Manager informed of all requirements and to drive excellent education and engagement levels with all customers
● Escalate issues and find resolutions before problems arise where possible
● Maintain an expert understanding of clients’ business and products to aid successful selling
● Execute to a high standard at all times
● Offer, without being asked, quality and concise feedback to line manager that helps to drive forward the client’s business and Retail growth strategy
● Completing all administration tasks to ensure time requirements are met and that work is of a high standard
● Fully understand the clients Retail landscape to allow for competitor advantage and seasonal opportunities to be delivered
