If so, we’d love to hear from you As an IT Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing our IT systems, ensuring that staff and Learners/students have seamless access to technology. What You’ll Be Doing: IT Support & Troubleshooting – Providing hands-on technical support to staff and students, resolving IT issues efficiently. Device & System Administration – Managing and maintaining IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Cybersecurity & Compliance – Assisting with cybersecurity awareness, monitoring risks, and ensuring IT policies are followed. Training & Documentation – Creating user-friendly IT guides and delivering training to enhance digital confidence across the organisation. IT Asset Management – Tracking IT equipment, coordinating deployments, and ensuring proper disposal in line with sustainability practices. Project & System Improvement – Supporting IT projects, suggesting system enhancements, and assisting in disaster recovery planning.
