As a senior assistant manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the broader management team to enhance sales and service within your designated department. Your responsibilities will include analysing sales data to devise strategies for boosting sales and profitability through visually appealing and commercially viable standards.
The ideal candidate should possess a background in customer-facing retail leadership roles, with experience in high-turnover sales targets matched with sizable teams. As a seasoned people manager, you'll exhibit a natural leadership style capable of motivating your team to uphold the exceptional customer service standards expected by the company.
In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000, complemented by a performance-related annual bonus of up to £4,000. The shift patterns for this role are designed to promote work/life balance, offering every other weekend off.
