We’re excited to launch a next intake of Junior Software Engineers Apprenticeships as part of our Talent Academy. As part of our Tech Accelerator programme, you’ll get the opportunity to work across agile tech teams to develop first class software engineering solutions to deliver the absolute best for our customers (and you’ll get a qualification along the way).
This is a 2-year rotational skills accelerator programme with a fully funded apprenticeship through your Level 4 Software Developer qualification, kick started with a 12-week software developer bootcamp with our training provider Makers.
As part of our wider Talent Academy Community, you’ll also get additional development opportunities, supported networking and more.

What we need from you:
1. Maths and English GCSE's Grades A*-C / 4-9 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards functional skills
2. Not hold a similar qualification at the same level or higher within the same sector (Level 4/Degree)
3. Have legal right to work in the U.K. and been a UK resident for over 3 years
4. Be an active learner, both within your technical and professional areas of expertise, taking control of your own career development
5. Be naturally inquisitive
6. Have excellent communication skills with the drive to contribute to a team
7. Be highly logical with creative problem-solving skills
8. Have a passion for technology
