SEND Learning Support Workers
* Special schools
* Worcestershire & Gloucestershire
* Various roles (Full-time & Part-time)
* Ideally all immediate starts
We have started to cultivate many more relationships with special schools across the Worcestershire & North Gloucestershire area. As a result we have more and more roles becoming available!
These schools look after a variety of different special needs & disabilities which include SEMH, ASD, SLD, PMLD, MLD & Complex Needs. This type of work is challenging but oh so rewarding - consistent feedback we receive from candidates in special schools is quite how rewarding this works is. You have a chance to make genuine differences in these young peoples lives.
The roles
The majority of roles we're working on for these schools are support positions where you will be supporting the school as a LSW/TA/LSA. These roles mostly involve providing general classroom support as well as 1-1 support with students outside of the classroom.
You must have experience of working with special needs & disabilities in some capacity, ideally this experience would be working with children. The successful candidates within schools are always positive, enthusiastic, proactive, patient and incredibly hardworking!
