Job Description

Main Responsibilities
Own website and Amazon, third party retailer E-commerce websites.
1. Lead E-commerce Media Strategy:
- Act as the main point of contact and lead e-commerce media across various platforms, including Amazon (PPC & DSP), Google ads, Performance Max, DSP and others through work managing internal team and marketing agencies.
- Utilise in-depth knowledge of platforms to drive effective campaigns and achieve objectives.
- Optimise operational platform performance.
2. Budget Planning and Management:
- Assist in planning budgets and KPIs and managing campaigns to achieve revenue and performance goals.
- Drive optimization strategies, ensuring forefront testing for performance goals.
3. Industry Knowledge of KPIS and Benchmarks
- Present industry research findings, and e-commerce trends.
- Analyse multiple data sources monthly, identify relevant KPIs, and draw key insights with commentary.
4. Drive trade against revenue targets and other KPIs.
- Own analytical and CRO tools for greater insights and testing to achieve goals.
5. E-commerce Strategy and Tactics:
- Shape and implement a long-term ecommerce strategy to exceed revenue targets.
- Proactively seek opportunities to drive incremental growth.
6. Marketing Collaboration:
- Work with the Brand Manager to implement marketing tactics for generating incremental traffic.
7. Product Management:
- Own product collections, categories, and tags within Shopify.
- Manage discounts, pricing & suggest amendments based on category trends/ other factors across all platforms
8. Technical Collaboration:
- Work with Technology partners and Developers to design tools for achieving objectives.
- Quickly resolve any short-term bugs or functionality issues.
9. Reporting:
- Generate relevant reporting against targets and share insights with the wider business.
- Keep up to date with ecommerce and advertising best practices through training and research.
Experience:
- More than 3 years of experience in Amazon / ecommerce, including Paid Search, performance Display & Amazon within a digital agency or client-side.
Skills and Qualities:
- Ambitious, motivated, and deeply enthusiastic about ecommerce.
- Proficiency in ecommerce activation through various platforms, including Amazon Advertising Platform (AMS, AMG, and DSP) and other retail players.
- Effective presentation abilities and skills in managing stakeholders.
- Expert at using Shopify 2.0 and common 3rd party applications.
- Experience using analytical/CRO tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Ability to optimize inbound traffic channels and understand customer behaviour for driving conversions.
- Work to KPI targets to deliver large growth across multiple international markets.
- Personal Qualities:
- Self-starter with an inquisitive mind.
- Quick learner who can process information and prioritize action.
- Able to share insights with the wider business in a digestible format.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience using Shopify 2.0.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
- Able to use MOZ & SEO tools.
- Experienced in managing Amazon Vendor & Seller
- Experience using Amazon advertising network.
- Familiarity with HTML is a bonus.
