Working across the full breadth of their business, supporting all email communications to customers from flagship store openings, new season launches, Black Friday promotions and the latest shows at New York Fashion week. This is an entry level project management role focussed on managing the creative process for all EMEA email campaigns. Agency/Project Management experience desirable. The Opportunity Key responsibilities and opportunities with the role are: In this client facing role you will be managing the creative process from client brief through to creative sign off. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders (all levels), educating, communicating and managing their needs and expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle. End-to-end management of all assigned projects, providing the business with timely status updates and ensuring successful delivery against deadlines and commercials. Working as part of a large, but close-knit team to deliver a high volume of email campaigns This role is fundamental to the successful running of the account and will work closely with key counterparts across the creative, delivery and client service departments. Strong communication skills are required Our clients love working with us and this role is a key part of that. They are a large team who rely on the Rapp PMs as a true extension of their team YOUR EXPERIENCE The candidate will be highly organised with great attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced environment Proven experience of effectively managing projects (large & small / online & offline) from initial brief through to final delivery Able to manage multiple projects concurrently Adept at building strong relationships at all levels and able to manage multiple stakeholders Creative flair, innovative approach and problem-solving mentality Recruitment process We’re not a 9 stage interview process agency.
