Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1600
Location: Daventry (NN6 7GW)
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Transport Development Centre Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, you will:
1. Support the department with Administrative duties.
2. Create and update records and databases.
3. Plan and organise events with third parties & SME's.
4. Coordinating courses with candidates.
5. Managing inboxes for CSR and core skills, actioning logics on a monthly basis.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

6. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
7. Attention to detail and accuracy
8. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
9. Self-motivated and can work under own initiative
10. PowerBI knowledge highly desired
