Description
As Employee Relations Manager, you will:
Provide pragmatic and commercially focused ER advice across the organisation.
Lead on complex disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, and redundancy cases.
Manage ACAS conciliation and employment tribunal claims, ensuring effective risk assessment and resolution.
Coach and influence line managers to enhance people management capabilities.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law.
Analyse HR data and MI to identify risks and drive strategic interventions.
Work closely with trade unions and employee representatives, where applicable.Profile
Proven ER expertise - Strong track record handling complex ER cases, including tribunals and change management.
Leadership & Influence - Ability to coach, mentor, and develop an ER team while influencing stakeholders.
