We are now thrilled to be launching a new flagship spa at a prestigious 5-star property in Mayfair, London (part of a global luxury hotel collection). This spa represents our newest and most ambitious project to date—a truly transformative retreat in the heart of the city, and the signature location among a total of six spa properties under a unique brand we developed for a major hotel group in London.
About the Flagship Spa
The hotel & spa have been entirely renovated and are due to officially re-open mid-March 2025. The spa and fitness facilities feature:
1. Four luxurious treatment rooms, including a duo space and multipurpose areas for yoga, meditation, and VIP experiences;
2. A salt mineral bath and heat experiences for ultimate relaxation;
3. A plunge pool and a fully equipped gym featuring the latest TechnoGym equipment;
4. A brand new, modern infrared sauna;
5. Our signature treatments will showcase bespoke Ayurvedic therapies, blending sustainably time-honoured rituals, natural products, and results-driven skincare.

Position Overview
You will be the driving force behind our flagship spa’s success—motivating a high-performance yet deeply caring team, curating memorable guest journeys, and setting new benchmarks in urban wellness. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leadership & Team Management
o Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants;
o Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and collaboration;
o Conduct routine training and performance evaluations to uphold 5-star standards.
2. Guest Experience & Service Quality
o Ensure an unparalleled spa journey from booking to post-visit follow-up;
o Handle feedback promptly, address service shortcomings, and drive continuous improvement;
o Collaborate with hotel departments (F&B, Rooms) to deliver holistic wellness offerings.
3. Operational Excellence
o Develop and implement SOPs for seamless daily operations (appointment scheduling, inventory management, vendor relations);
o Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring pristine cleanliness and an ambience befitting a luxury flagship;
o Monitor compliance with health, safety, and brand guidelines.
4. Financial & KPI Management
o Manage the spa budget, optimising revenue (treatments, retail, memberships) while controlling costs;
o Track and analyse key performance indicators (spa occupancy, average spend, retail upsell) to drive growth and profitability;
o Contribute to quarterly/annual forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
5. Marketing & Brand Collaboration
o Partner with our marketing team to develop promotions, packages, and special events;
o Represent the spa’s identity in alignment with broader hotel brand standards;
o Build local partnerships and community outreach programmes.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Substantial experience in a Spa Director and/or Manager or similar leadership role at a luxury 5-star property or high-end wellness establishment;
2. Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and emerging wellness trends;
3. Proven track record of inspiring teams, achieving guest satisfaction, and meeting financial targets;
4. Tech-savvy and organised, adept at using modern platforms for scheduling, reporting, and internal communications;
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner effectively with both hotel and corporate teams;
6. Relevant qualifications in spa management, holistic therapies, or hospitality business management are advantageous;
