Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
An exceptional opportunity awaits an accomplished ASM / Valuer who desires the opportunity to head up an experienced sales team as the ASM - Valuer / 'Acting' Manager. The successful candidate must be an experienced and successful Valuer / Lister capable of winning the business in an exciting and motivational environment.
Duties will include:
* Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch.
* Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties.
* Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
* Accountable for the quality of customer care.
* Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
* Register, qualify, and manage applicants.
* Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
* Work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
* Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
* Develop the core business in the branch.
* Carry out monthly 1-2-1s with staff.
Skills required:
* Previous experience within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business.
* Listing and valuation experience.
* Excellent sales ability.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* The ability to negotiate.
* Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Be responsive to change.
