About The Role We’re looking for a talented Community Executive to join our growing Community Team. Vidsy’s Community Team is responsible for recognising and attracting the best Creators in the world, matching them with the perfect briefs and brands on our platform, and ensuring our Creators excel while working with Vidsy. You’ll play a leading role in finding the very best creator talent around the world and attracting them to work with Vidsy – boosting our growing community of 25,000. You’ll manage Creators across a huge variety of social-first video creative for the world’s biggest brands, including PepsiCo, L’Oréal Paris, Activision Blizzard and more, helping our Commercial and Creative Teams shape briefs that give our Creators the best chance to shine. Must-haves: Proven track record identifying creative talent (Creators like Vidsy’s, or other creative talent such as UGC Content Creators, Influencers, Video Editors etc), and an ability to reach out, capture their interest and attract them to our eco-system. Exceptional organisation, communication and project management skills - you thrive juggling multiple challenges and working with multiple teams. Passion and knowledge for the creative industry; to include experience working with a creative team or community, and an understanding of the challenges creators, influencers and/or freelancers face. Drive and autonomy - you thrive in an environment where you can own your responsibilities and solve your own challenges. Our Creators will look to you for support and guidance, whether that’s mailing our UGC Creators products for their latest brief, providing creative feedback to an improving Creator, and/or finding the next big Creator for a specific Vidsy brief Nice-to-haves: A social native yourself - confidence filming, curating and posting on social media. Experience working with platforms like Intercom and Airtable. Who You’ll Report To You’ll report to Chris Phoenix, AKA ‘Phoenix’, who’s a Vidsy veteran, having joined the Team back in 2018. Phoenix has helped foster the growth of our incredible community from just 4,000, right up to the 26,000 we have today - and building a fantastic Community Team in the process too Outside of his Vidsy day-to-day, Phoenix is a talented creative himself, having written plays that have been performed at Edinburgh Fringe, Southwark Playhouse and more The Interview Process We keep things efficient and transparent: 30 minutes – Introductory call with a member of our Talent Team. 60 minutes – Video interview with Phoenix to discuss the role and your experience. 90 minutes – Final interview with a small panel, during which you’d present back a previously set ‘homework task’.
