As a Sales Administrator, you will be at the heart of our customer interactions, handling inbound enquiries, providing essential sales admin support to external sales, pricing, chasing, and winning orders. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
* Answering Calls with a Smile: Be the friendly voice answering customer calls promptly, ensuring top-notch service every time.
* Master of Records: Keep track of all enquiries with precision.
* Quotation Wizard: Create and price quotations quickly and accurately, always within agreed tolerances, and ensure every enquiry has complete contact details.
* Detail-Oriented: Add comprehensive notes to each enquiry, documenting all customer interactions and decisions.
* Order Acknowledgment Pro: Process and confirm order acknowledgments.
* Enquiry Management Guru: Manage and track all enquiries, ensuring every lead is followed up to a win or loss.
* Report Champion: Impress the Commercial Manager with detailed weekly reports by 17:00 on Fridays, highlighting key sales data, including won/lost orders and major enquiries.
* Quick Quotations: Swiftly raise and price enquiries as requested by the TSM, meeting all deadlines.
* Sales Innovator: Spot opportunities to sell additional products and upsell with every enquiry.
* Query Resolver: Resolve invoice queries within 7 days, maintaining a flawless query log.
* Complaint Handler: Log and address complaints promptly, collaborating with production and territory sales managers.
* Customer Detective: Proactively identify new customers, track declining ones, and uncover exciting new site opportunities.
* Team Player: Support the Distributions team by handling calls and enquiries, aiming for first-call resolution.
* Flexible Contributor: Step in to assist other departments as needed, showing your versatility and commitment.
