School Premises Manager
Full time, Permanent, All year round
36 hours per week (With overtime as required)
Start: December
Salary: £31,926 – £36,567
Location: Sutton
My client is looking to recruit a hardworking, well qualified, innovative, and committed School Premises Manager to join their School. This role will be to maintain and develop the schools facilities and premises, including health and safety, security and managing contracts.
Ideally candidates will have:-
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety
• Knowledge of operation CCTV and alarm systems
• Strategic planning
• Experience in managing contracts and liaising with contractors
• The ability to prioritise
• Managing lettings
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
• Good knowledge of what services, maintenance and repairs are needed
• IT skills such as using a variety of Microsoft packages
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, pupils and parents
• A current enhanced DBS certificate
• Excellent organisation skills
• Recognised Facilities Management/Building Services/Contract Management related qualification or working towards equivalent NVQ level 4
• NEBOSH Health and Safety qualification or equivalent
Candidates must be DBS cleared or eligible
