Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors. Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high level of accuracy. Manage and organise files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for legal professionals. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties in a professional manner. Conduct audio typing for dictations as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Assist with time management by prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Experience in Real Estate. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Experience in audio typing is highly desirable. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced. Good time management abilities to ensure deadlines are met consistently.
