Role: Invoicing Coordinator
Location: Kempston, Bedford
Salary: £16,250
Hours: 25 Hours over 5 days ( 9am – 2pm or 10am – 3pm)

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Invoicing Coordinator to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to work within the invoicing team onboarding and credit checking new clients.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £16k, depending on experience,
This role is a Part Time position. The hours of work will be either 9am – 2pm or 10am – 3pm over 5 days Monday – Friday.
Your responsibilities will include:
Complete the invoicing using our internal system
Support other Group invoicing activities
Support other Group invoicing activites
Chasing up overdue invoices via email / phone weekly and Monthly.
Keeping an up-to-date spreadsheet with overdue customer accounts and liaise with Accounts supervisor.
Check daily credit score for customers via Credit Safe Portal.
The ideal candidate:
Experience in Invoicing
Computer Literate – Word, Excel
The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
Client onboarding and credit checking experience
Attention to detail
