Are you a commercially minded and strategic HR Professional comfortable at Head of or Management level? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
Our fantastic client is looking for an amazing Head of HR who can come into the business and make a real impact and work closely with the leadership team and COO to support the current growth of the business. The role has 2 direct reports and is based in Leeds, offering a hybrid working arrangement following an initial induction period (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH), along with a great salary of up to £60,000.
Duties of the Role:
* Manage the execution of HR across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, reward and recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and policies.
* Ensure the company complies with current regulations such as Right to Work, Data Protection, the Equality Act, and Health and Safety.
* Coach, mentor, and support senior managers and Heads of Department, guiding on workforce issues and encouraging retention.
* Resourcing: Work with managers on sourcing and identifying the right talent for vacancies.
* Learning and Development: Collaborate with managers to identify learning and development needs of employees, based on performance management processes and company strategy.
* Organisational Change: Advise COO and senior team on organisational change and employee implications. Help managers review roles within the Company regularly to ensure they meet the changing needs of the business.
* HR Operations: Ensure that all employee information is up to date and legally compliant to provide a timely, accurate service to the Company.
* Ad hoc HR projects as required.

Requirements for the Role:
* A CIPD level 5 or 7
* Employment law knowledge
* Commercially minded
* A strategic thinker (thinking of the bigger picture!)
* Knowledge of TUPE
