3 Solutions is a growing and dynamic repairs and maintenance company working across Wiltshire, Somerset, Bath & Bristol. We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber/Bathroom fitter join our existing team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction with the ability to work with various materials and tools. As a Fitter, you will play a crucial role in building and assembling components, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Installation of a bathroom complete to include; flooring, tiling, pluming and carpentry.
Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Plumb and level structures to ensure accuracy in construction.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools are stored properly after use.
Qualification/Experience:
Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
Have experience in vinyl floor laying, tiling, patch plaster repairs.
Must have a can do attitude and have the ability to problem solve.
NVQ or City & Guilds qualification is preferred.
An ability to work from a PDA (personal digital assistant).
Good communication skills .
UK driving license is essential
Our offices are based in Shepton Mallet but the candidate will be working in and around Somerset, Wiltshire, Bath & Bristol. The work will be for a variety of our clients and predominantly in domestic residential propeties.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and to cover out of hours call outs on a pro-rata basis.
