As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for: Plan and deliver engaging English Literature and English Language lessons to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students. Follow the National Curriculum while tailoring lessons to meet individual student needs. Maintain excellent classroom behaviour management to foster a positive learning environment. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification. Strong knowledge of English Literature and English Language. Experience teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) within a Secondary School. Excellent subject knowledge and classroom behaviour management skills.
