About the Role The Global Head of Sales Operations Manager maternity cover role will provide both daily operational and leadership team-building to the Global Revenue generating function. This is a hybrid role with expectation of 2 /3 days in our London Bridge office. Reporting to the Chief Business Operations Officer, you will collaborate across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and technology teams to ensure efficiency within sales is increased. Your SaaS industry background enables you to hit the ground running. You are a driven self-starter, a natural leader and problem solver, who is both empathetic and demanding while setting high standards for all to achieve. Responsibilities: Enabling sales teams to work smarter by simplifying process Improve sales and CS CRM hygiene Manage a team of remote Sales Operations Managers, who work on shift patterns to provide global support to the business Manage a team of CRM specialists who look after this business critical application Own the CRM Support function Identify and eliminate CRM process bottlenecks and inconsistencies Lead the CRM change prioritisation process Work with the BizOps Leadership Team to align CRM to best practice Maximise use and drive adoption of the Sales Tools such as Gong, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Maintain relationships with Sales Tool vendors Work with the PowerBI Team to standardise business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review Have a keen interest in keeping data clean and ensuring the input routes are as simple as possible About You You will be part of the BizOps function, a newly formed team who are taking Dotdigital by storm.
