Our Youth Engagement Team are seeking a Female Engagement Lead who can lead a positive change to females in the local community, bringing people together from a variety of backgrounds and faith groups, delivering high quality physical activity sessions. The role will involve working closely with the Youth Engagement Coordinator to support the delivery of our strategy Go Local, providing physical activity opportunities through the power of sport, to females. The role will be part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to support participants in the best way to achieve their potential, whether that is through playing pathways, training or education support and career pathways. The chosen candidate will be expected to organise the planning promotion and delivery of existing and new sessions to engage with female participants on a regular basis.
