We are now looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Specifically, you will develop and maintain our CRM system and point-of-sale tills, overseeing testing, deployment, and system updates, while identifying opportunities for improvements. You will also provide technical support, training, and guidance to system users to help them utilise our applications effectively. Additionally, you will: - Liaise with 3rd party vendors on system issues and new releases - Build dashboards and reports to support business teams - Manage application user accounts, licences, and staff onboarding About You To be considered as a Business Systems Analyst, you will need: - At least three years experience in a business systems analyst or support role - Experience working with an income-generating CRM system - Experience managing stakeholders across a charity - Strong knowledge of database structures and data integrity principles - A strong understanding of GDPR and data protection compliance - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The closing date for this role is 16th March 2025.
