An average day as a Vehicle Sales Administrator includes:
* Managing records for new and used vehicles in stock
* Raising vehicle invoices for retail, fleet, trade, and inter-branch sales
* Preparing and completing relevant paperwork
* Supporting the sales department with daily controls
* Working effectively with the Accounts, Service, and Parts departments
* Monitoring admin reports regularly
* Maintaining and processing V5 documents
* Completing monthly vehicle stock checks
* Maintaining a professional manner and ensuring prompt vehicle delivery
About you:
* Experience in sales administration within the automotive industry is preferred, but relevant administrative experience in other sectors will be considered as full training is provided.
* Experience with Kerridge/CDK or similar systems is advantageous but not essential.
* You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
* You should be committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive under pressure.
