Responsibilities Refined Operations Support Assist in the development of the refined operations initiative, ensuring smooth implementation across markets. Collect and organize a LIVE content library, including best practices and examples from creators. Develop tools and templates for tracking operational effectiveness and agency performance. Training and Workshop Support Support the preparation and coordination of training sessions and workshops for agencies and internal teams. Assist in creating and localizing educational materials for both agency managers and creators. Cross-Functional Communication Facilitate communication between central and local teams, ensuring alignment on key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Legal, to support agency operations. Daily Operations Assist with daily operational tasks, including addressing challenges faced by agencies and creators during LIVE sessions. Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects and initiatives. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and available to start immediately. Studying towards a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace. Passion for social media, live streaming, and content creation is a plus.
