My client is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Service desk team. You will work as part of a friendly, thriving IT team in a positive work environment. You will be responsible for supporting all sites and staff. Your responsibilities will range from 1st and 2nd line technical support, logging tickets, building laptops and more.
Essential:
* O365 administration and Intune
* Windows configuration and support
* Active Directory user management
* DNS, DHCP, LAN and WAN
* Driving licence
Desirable:
* Citrix Virtual Apps
* Ivanti Workspace Control and Automation Manager
* ITIL foundation
