We are looking to offer an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst the opportunity to join our expanding IT Architecture team based in Stevenage.
About the team
Working as part of the IT architecture function, you will work closely with the Oracle Programme Manager, and colleagues across Finance, HR, Procurement, Commercial and Shared Service Functions on the delivery of strategic projects.
About the role
Aa the Oracle Fusion Business Analyst you will help shape and optimise Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM centric processes and systems.

As the Oracle Fusion Business Analyst, you’ll get the opportunity to:
1. Define, plan and deliver business analysis activities to meet project objectives.
2. Work with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and context.
3. Define and agree project scope.
4. Translate business needs into process flows, user requirements, and models to drive business and technology change.
5. Guide stakeholders towards making optimal use of Oracle capabilities.
6. Map and analyse business processes to reduce complexity and identify process improvements, leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities to reduce complexity and increase efficiency.
7. Assess external supplier solution proposals for value and opportunities and ensuring that they are effective in meeting business needs.
What you’ll bring?
8. Highly proficient Business Analysis skills.
9. Experience of leading business analysis activities on strategic projects and programmes
10. Strong Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM
11. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll, Projects (PPM), and OTL
12. Minimum of 5 years working in an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst and/or Functional Consultant role.
13. Strong understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in the ERP/HCM space.
14. Experience of Oracle ERP and HCM impact and change within a merger and/or acquisition scenario desirable.
