Key Responsibilities of the Administrator: Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders accurately and promptly in the system, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence. Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate records, including, inventory, and purchase orders. Collaborative Work: Collaborate with other departments as well as external suppliers to ensure deadlines are met. Requirements of the Administrator: Previous experience in an administrative role or a recent graduate looking to start a career. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
