About The Role
Are you an organised, detail-oriented coordinator who is interested in research? Join LiveWest, the largest housing association in the South West, and help us provide high-quality homes and services to our customers.
As a Coordinator in our Research and Insight team, you will support the wider work and objectives of the team through the monitoring and coordination of our survey programmes, team action tracker, and delivery of research, analysis, and project work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Survey Management: Run customer and colleague surveys, including email campaigns, setting reminders, and monitoring response rates.
* Data Coordination: Support organisational projects by advising on options to meet data collection needs and coordinating subsequent data initiatives.
* Reporting: Provide summary descriptive reports of survey results and enable access to survey data while ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
* Customer Insight: Manage the Customer Insight mailbox and distribute customer compliments across the business in a timely manner.
* Team Support: Maintain and update the Research and Insight Action Plan, coordinate team meetings and events, and process team purchase orders and goods receipting.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain, add, update, and quality check the suite of questionnaires, information requests, and event forms, developing alternative formats as required.

This role is being offered on a part-time, permanent basis working 22.2 hours per week. The working pattern is flexible, with Monday as an essential working day. You can be based in our Exeter or Weston-super-Mare office. Hybrid working is available with 1-2 days per week in the office, depending on your working pattern.

About The Candidate
To be successful in your application for the role of Research and Insight Coordinator, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level one role (please see candidate information pack).
* Experience Required: Previous experience of coordinating, this could be as part of a previous role, or delivering a project.
* Technical Skills: Proficient user of MS Excel and other Office 365 applications.
* Communication Skills: Confident and clear communicator with the ability to engage with all levels across the business, including customers and internal stakeholders.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate across all levels of roles in the business.
* Research Knowledge: Knowledge of research and survey development (desirable).
* Education: Educated to A level standard or equivalent or work-based experience in a similar role.
